Overview: Performance athletic brand requires design leader for Running/Tennis and Lifestyle categories. This position, working in conjunction with the Product Planning team, sets the seasonal and yearly design direction for the assigned categories and manages the process from concept through prototype completion. Also, manage and mentor design team.
REQUIREMENTS: Eight (8) plus years of successful design experience in performance athletic and lifestyle footwear categories; the ability to bring creativity and innovation to life with products that leverage brand equity and drive top & bottom line growth; excellent rendering skills; proficiency in computer aided design programs; the ability to work in a fast paced, growth oriented environment; a minimum of three years of mentoring junior designers.
