REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Industrial Design a must. A minimum of seven to ten years of progressive responsibility managing design team and demonstrated success in bringing creative, commercial, athletic footwear to market. Comprehensive knowledge of footwear design, construction, costing, materials and sourcing. Some experience in designing and building cleated footwear a plus. Significant experience in both use and management of industry standard technical design tools such as 3-D modeling and Adobe applications. The ability to create impactful visuals; Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
